Vanago-Customer Agreement

TERMS OF USE FOR VANAGO SERVICES

applicable to Fly&Ride camper trips and additional services

These Terms of Use define the rules under which Vanago Sp. z o.o. (“Vanago”, “Service Provider”) provides travel-related services to the Client, in particular Fly&Ride camper trips, purchased through the Vanago website.

Payment for an order constitutes entering into an agreement with Vanago under the terms described below.
 

1. Nature of the Fly&Ride Service

A Fly&Ride camper trip is a comprehensive travel service organized by Vanago, which includes:

  1. Selection and reservation of a campervan suitable for the destination and number of travelers.

  2. Rental of the campervan through a local rental company cooperating with Vanago.

  3. Local vehicle insurance package, which may include (depending on destination):
    • Third-Party Liability (OC),
    • Comprehensive insurance (AC),
    • Personal accident insurance (NW),
    • Windshield and tire coverage,
    • Local roadside assistance,
    • A replacement vehicle in case of breakdown,
    as specified in the local rental agreement.

  4. Vanago insurance package, including:
    • Warta Travel Insurance (General Terms C0516) – medical expenses, assistance, personal liability, accident insurance, baggage, rental-car excess waiver and other benefits,
    • Warta Trip Cancellation Insurance (General Terms C8321),
    • deposit insurance / excess waiver.

  5. Online travel guide support (Polish-speaking).

  6. 24/7 access to Vanago AI Chat, providing attraction tips, route suggestions and technical support.

  7. Camper technical assistance 12/5, in Polish (Mon–Fri).

  8. Handling of the rental deposit according to local rental rules – the deposit is pre-authorized by the rental company on the Client’s credit card during vehicle pick-up (Check-in). If no damage is found at Check-out, the pre-authorization is released by the rental company within 3 days.

  9. Airport pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle at the Fly&Ride destination.


Vanago is not a rental company. The campervan is rented under a local rental agreement signed between the Client and the local rental company.
 

2. Scope of Vanago Services

Vanago provides the Client with:

  1. Reservation of a suitable campervan.

  2. Verification of the rental operator and local insurance standards.

  3. Collection and handling of payments for the Fly&Ride package.

  4. Issuance of Warta Travel and Trip Cancellation insurance policies.

  5. Travel documents, instructions, and vehicle pick-up guidelines.

  6. Online guide support during the trip.

  7. 24/7 access to the Vanago AI Chat.

  8. Camper technical assistance (12/5, in Polish).

  9. Support in communication with the rental company before and during the trip.
     

3. Flight Ticket Reservation

  1. The Client may request Vanago to book and purchase airline tickets related to their Fly&Ride trip.

  2. Vanago is a registered travel agency with Wizz Air, allowing it to book and issue tickets through the airline’s system.

  3. Vanago purchases tickets:
    • in the Client’s name and on the Client’s behalf,
    • at airline list prices valid at the moment of purchase,
    • based on personal data provided by the Client.

  4. Airline ticket purchase is an independent service, not part of the Fly&Ride package, the vehicle rental, or any additional services.

  5. Rules regarding changes, cancellations, and complaints are governed exclusively by the airline’s regulations and booking system.

  6. Vanago is not responsible for:
    • schedule changes or cancellations,
    • delays or strikes,
    • decisions of the airline,
    • costs arising from incorrect data provided by the Client.

4. Local Camper Rental Agreement

  1. The rental agreement is signed directly between the Client and the local rental company at the destination.

  2. This agreement includes a mandatory note stating that:
    “The rental payment has been settled by Vanago Sp. z o.o.”

  3. The Client must have a valid credit card for deposit pre-authorization.

  4. The rental company releases the deposit within 3 days after Check-out, provided no damage is found.

  5. Vehicle rules, damage liability, and additional fees are governed by the local rental agreement and local insurance package.
     

5. Insurance Included in Fly&Ride

5.1. Warta Travel Insurance (General Terms C0516)

Covers, among other benefits:
– medical treatment abroad,
– assistance,
– personal liability,
– accident insurance,
– baggage,
– rental vehicle excess waiver,
– flight delay,
– other benefits as described in the General Terms.

The detailed scope and exclusions are defined in Warta Travel Insurance Terms C0516.

5.2. Warta Trip Cancellation Insurance (General Terms C8321)

Covers costs of cancelling or interrupting the trip due to reasons such as:
– sudden illness or accident,
– hospitalization,
– events at the Client’s residence,
– death of a relative,
– other causes defined in the General Terms.

5.3. Local vehicle insurance

Provided by the rental company and varies by country. Typically includes:
– OC / AC / NW,
– glass and tire protection,
– assistance,
– replacement vehicle,
as specified in the local rental agreement.

 

6. Payments

  1. Payment for the Fly&Ride package is made during order submission.

  2. Payment for airline tickets (if applicable) is a separate transaction.

  3. A payment is considered completed when successfully authorized.

  4. Paying for the order constitutes entering into an agreement for Fly&Ride services.

7. Client Responsibilities
 

The Client agrees to:

  1. Provide accurate data for the order and for any airline ticket reservations.

  2. Read and comply with the insurance General Terms (OWU).

  3. Follow the rules of campervan use.

  4. Have an active credit card available for the deposit.

  5. Arrive on time for vehicle pick-up and return.

  6. Follow airline rules and regulations.
     

8. Vanago’s Liability

Vanago is responsible for:
– proper execution of Fly&Ride reservations,
– issuing insurance policies,
– delivering travel documents,
– technical and informational support,
– booking airline tickets based on Client-provided data.

Vanago is not liable for:
– any damage caused during vehicle use,
– rental refusal due to Client’s fault (missing documents, no credit card, etc.),
– events not covered by insurance,
– force majeure (weather, strikes, civil unrest),
– airline actions or decisions,
– incorrect data provided by the Client.

 

9. Complaints

  1. Complaints related to Vanago services should be submitted to the contact address listed on the website.

  2. Insurance claims must be submitted directly to Warta according to the General Terms.

  3. Vehicle-related complaints should be directed to the local rental company.

  4. Airline ticket complaints should be directed to the airline.
     

10. Personal Data

Client data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the Vanago Privacy Policy.
 

11. Duration of the Agreement

The agreement between the Client and Vanago is valid:

– from the moment the order is paid,
– until the end of the trip and settlement of the deposit,
– while insurance coverage lasts according to the respective General Terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by Polish law.
 

13. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms of Use are publicly available on the Vanago website.

  2. Updates do not affect rights of Clients who have already made a purchase.

  3. Any issues not covered herein are subject to the Polish Civil Code.
